Engineering: from Concept to 3D
We listen to your specific technical needs and, thanks to our experience, are able to actively think along with you to find the best solution. You will soon realise that our advice isn't limited to technical feasibility.
Factors such as construction time and production capacity are also incorporated in our project approach. Therefore the engineering phase is one of the main conditions for the ultimate success of your project.
The engineering phase exists out of the following steps: Preliminary study, Concept study, 3D-model (using Advance steel software), Workshop drawings, CE certification
The result of this phase will be presented to you in 3D CAD models. This way you'll know exactly what your end result will look like.
Production of Metal parts
Once you approve our plans, or when you already have plans, we can move on to the production of the individual parts. Next to metal customization we also have a large stock of standard aluminum components
We enjoy an excellent reputation for producing: mechanical constructions in stainless steel/aluminium/carbon steel, customized work in stainless steel/aluminium/carbon steel (tanks/buffer funnels), safety relief valves (own product), fittings & flanges, discharge systems, filter housings for chemical, plastic and food industry, conveyor belts and spiral conveyors.
Our modern and professionally equipped workshop delivers excellent work in many fields. It's absolutely possible to produce your parts with us. CNC turning and milling machines, welding robot, klemmenbank, plasma cutting table, sheet metal working machines for cutting, punching, rolling and bending. Vertical mounting is possible up to 12 meters.
Range of Standard Aluminium components
Our extensive range of standard aluminium components includes: flanges in compliance to ASA, TW en DIN, customized flanges, aluminium elbows and T-pieces, aluminium sockets and nipples, reductions, aluminium container corners.
Mounting Machines & Installations
Once all the components for your project are available, our experienced and well trained mechanics get to work. You can also count on us for on-site preparation and demounting your old installation.
We have performed on-site assemblies in very differing sectors: chemistry, petrochemistry, automotive, food & beverage, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, …
